To keep your tufted piece looking its best:

• Gently dust the surface using a soft brush.

• If you notice small yarn fibers or loose threads, you may carefully trim them with scissors or smooth them down with your fingers.

• As each piece is handmade, small loose fibers may naturally appear over time — this is part of the character and beauty of tufted art.

• You can also use a lint roller (the kind used for clothing) to remove dust and keep the surface clean.

Important:

• Do not wash or soak the piece.

• Do not place it in a washing machine.

• Keep in a dry place, away from moisture.

• Keep out of reach of children.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item.

To initiate a return, simply contact us by email with your order details.Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once the piece is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

• Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Completed artworks are dispatched within a maximum of 3 working days.

Made-to-Order / Commission Pieces

For custom or made-to-order pieces, shipping timelines will be agreed directly with the buyer, as each piece is created individually according to the client’s requirements.
